Qutbul Alam Shah Sufi Hazrat Maulana Mir Mohammad Akhtar (Rah.), the great founder of Baitush Sharaf, especially felt the need to establish a constitutional organization to promote the faith and spiritual upliftment of the servants of Allah and to help in worldly needs. For this purpose, he founded a well-known organization called Anjuman-e Ittehad Bangladesh on 2 October 1952. Today, the establishment and operation of hundreds of mosques, madrasahs, orphanages, eye, cripple and children's hospitals in the country and abroad, the organization of various faith-spiritual gatherings and the implementation of service activities are the actual fruits of the sincere realization of that great spiritual saint. Hadiye Zaman Shah Sufi Hazrat Maulana Mohammad Abdul Jabbar (Rah.)

Hazrat Shah Sufi Maulana Muhammad Abdul Jabbar (Rah.) has been the President of Anjuman-e Ittehad Bangladesh since 1980. Following the footsteps of his Pir-Murshids, this great saint relentlessly devoted himself to the propagation of the Shari'ah and Tariqat. In fulfilling the responsibilities entrusted to him by Murshid-e Barhak, he devoted his whole strength and life to the purpose of formulating, adopting and implementing various service-oriented plans. He spread various mahfils and charitable organizations all over Bangladesh for the nafs and chafaye kulub in Tajkabiya through Tarikaye Aliaye Kaderiya. He established the branches of Anjuman-e Ittehad Bangladesh at home and abroad. He also founded 60 mosques, 15 orphanages, 10 madrasahs and hifzkhanas, research institutes, charitable clinics, hospitals throughout the country. The actual outcome of his education movement was the International Islamic University Chittagong. Bahrul Ulum Hazrat Shah Maulana Mohammad Qutub Uddin (Rah.)

Hazrat Shah Sufi Maulana Mohammad Qutub Uddin (Rah.) was appointed as the President of Anjuman-e Ittehad Bangladesh from April 1998. Under his dynamic leadership, Anjuman-e Ittehad Bangladesh became a religious, social and cultural movement. He continued his efforts to carry forward the programs left by Huzur Kebla Allama Shah Abdul Jabbar (Rah.). During his tenure of 22 years, many new mosques, madrasahs, orphanages and hifzkhanas have been established all over the country. He passed away on 20 May 2020, at the age of Holy Shab-e Qadr. Rahbar-e Baitush Sharaf Shaikh Allama Mohammad Abdul Hai Nadwi (M.J.A)

Allama Mohammad Abdul Hai Nadawi (M.J.A), the notable son of Allama Shah Abdul Jabbar (Rah.), a prominent Islamic Thinker, Teacher, Researcher and Author of many books, has taken on this great responsibility as the 4th Peer Saheb of Baitush Sharaf, after the passing of the above three saints. As the President of Anjuman-e Ittehad Bangladesh, he has dedicated himself to its development, expansion, reputation and prosperity.
