After the passing of Hazrat Kebla in 1971, the only 'Khalifa' who carried the responsibility of this tremendous organization on his shoulders was Shah Sufi Allama Mohammad Abdul Jabbar (Rah.). He was appointed as the "Khaliphaye Azam" during his (Hazrat Kebla) lifetime based on knowledge, character and spiritual excellence. Due to his hard work and spiritual pursuits, Baitush Sharaf became well-known at home and abroad as a multidimensional organization dedicated to the welfare of humanity. On his contemporaries, Hazrat Shah Abdul Jabbar (Rah.) was one of the scholars of the age, Pir-e-Kamel, one of the pioneers of mosque-based social service, a strong voice against shirk-bidaat. His contribution to the establishment of the Islamic Bank Bangladesh Limited and International Islamic University Chittagong always be remembered. As a successful writer, researcher and translator, he wrote 21 books, both large and small. After the passing of Allama Shah Abdul Jabbar (Rah.) on March 26, 1996, his longtime shadow Bahrul Uloom Allama Shah Mohammad Qutb Uddin (Rah.) took the helm of Baitush Sharaf. Until his passing on May 20, 2020, the Baitush Sharaf, including the Anjuman-e Ittehad, continued to operate under his able leadership.
